Data accuracy
Every record on the platform is tied to a verifiable source or a documented local-knowledge note. Contributors and partners are asked to cite where their information comes from, and our reviewers confirm those sources before anything becomes public. Submissions are never auto-published — each one passes through human verification first.
Our AI features operate strictly on top of this verified layer: AI uses only verified data. The assistant summarizes, translates, and surfaces information that has already been checked, and it does not invent facts or draw on unverified material.
Moderation
Content is moderated by trained reviewers who screen new submissions, updates, and partner profiles for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Listings that do not meet our standards are returned for correction with clear feedback rather than silently removed.
Anyone can flag information that looks wrong or out of date. Reported items are re-reviewed, and confirmed errors are corrected promptly. The correction history is retained so changes remain transparent and auditable over time.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to operate the platform and process partner and contributor applications: names, contact details such as email and phone, organization information, and the regional and program data you choose to provide. Application contact details are visible to administrators only and are not displayed publicly.
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. It is used solely to deliver the service, communicate about your application or account, and improve the verified information our community relies on.
Translation review
The platform serves Mongolian and English audiences, and translations are reviewed by people rather than published blindly from automated output. Machine translation may provide a first draft, but human reviewers check terminology, regional names, and meaning so that both language versions stay faithful to the verified source content.
